When will my order ship?

Your order will be processed and your items will ship as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the items are sent. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days.

Duties and taxes

Please note that we do not collect taxes or duties on international orders. Duties and taxes are assessed by your specific countries' customs and are the responsibility of the customer. 

Ho much will I have to pay for taxes and duties?

The amount will vary by country so we are unable to provide an estimate. We typically see charges in the $5 - $25 range for the majority of orders. However this number can vary widely as the duties charged defer by country and region. If you decide to refuse your order due to taxes you will still be responsible for the shipping fee.

What if my package is delayed?

It is rare that we experience a delay in transit and we are very sorry if this happens with your order. If you see that your package has not moved in 3 or more days please contact us at info@soulfireapparelco.com with your order number. We will file a claim with the shipping provider and if your package is not located in a timely manner we will reship the order. 

What do I do if my order says delivered but I did not receive my package?

Please reach out to info@soulfireapparelco.com with your order number, full name, and shipping address. We will file a claim to locate your package.

Do you accept International Returns?

Yes, we do accept returns from any country. Please note that international customers are responsible for return shipping.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment when the return has been received. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for refund to be processed.
